Holistic Health is something I have always been interested in so massage was a natural career option once I became bored with the routine life of office administration.
I began my massage adventure many many moons ago in Adelaide at what was known as SAHEC. After 2 years and over 500 clinical hours, I was qualified with a Certificate 4 in Sports Massage, Diploma in Remedial Massage and Diploma in Polarity Therapy.
Further specialty studies part time whilst operating a part time massage business in Clare, I gained a Practitioners Diploma in Myofascial Cranial Sacral Therapy at the Natural Health Academy under the knowledge guidance of Pat Farnsworth - a leading teacher of this therapy in Australia.
Over 17 years has past and with the addition of 3 children, I am now working from my own premises from Young Place, Clare after working along side Clare Valley Physiotherapy for 4.5 years.
In 2015, I returned to studies - Kinesiology. Completing Touch for Health in May 2015 under Wendy Bennett of Kinesiology College of SA, and Neuro Lingustic Kinesiology (NLK) (developed by Wendy Bennett) in September 2016.

Weight is something I personally have struggled with since pregnancy of my 3 children.

I am dedicated to my 3 kids and spend much of my spare time playing taxi between various after school activities.
Swimming in summer and coaching netball in winter, plus home based stretching/fitness routines help me keep mobile - can't forget walking our beloved Labrador, Bomber.
When ever we can, we love camping and getting away to explore our great state, with a particular passion for the ocean.
I also enjoy cooking, catching up with friends for a drink and chilling out with a good movie.
