Foot Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet that correspond to all the organs, glands, and structures of the body. Thumb and finger pressure are used on the reflex points on the feet. By working these areas you can release stress and tension which can lead to improvements in circulation, nervous system function and general wellbeing. Usually accompanied by a foot bath and foot massage.

Polarity Therapy allows patients to utlisie their own inner genius, which controls, unblocks and balances the energy pathways in our physical body. The underlying concept of polarity therapy is that all the energy within the human body is influenced by electromagnetic energy and that disease may result from improper dissipated energy.

Myofascial Release is a subtle and powerful stretching technique to treat soft tissue dysfunction, in the form of contracted fascia, caused by physical or emotional trauma. Fascia is connective tissue that covers every muscle, nerve, bone and organ. This procedure is performed without oil.
