Our everyday motions can cause stiffness at times that we feel in different parts of our bodies. Sitting at the desk, driving, even long periods of time on the couch watching TV can often cause lower back stiffness. Did you know that even tight hamstrings can contribute to lower back stiffness?

Simple 10 - 15 minutes a day doing a few stretches can help!

This quick stretch routine will help you lengthen tight hamstrings, open your chest and roll out those shoulders-hunching effects of spending a lot of time at your desk aka. the dinner table. Hold each pose for 30 seconds and enjoy.
